We strongly recommend that you reserve your games via the dedicated form on our website in order to guarantee the time slot you have chosen. You will be asked to fill in the number of players expected for your game. The number of players transmitted at the time of the reservation is still for information purposes in order to facilitate the organization for our different teams.
We are well aware that it is not always possible to know precisely and in advance the number of players present. There is for that the heading ''Remark'' in your form where you can, without other, make us share of this type of information. In addition, you will receive 24 hours before your animation a confirmation request that will allow you to send us the final number of players taking part in the animation.
It is also possible that in case of bad weather, we will have to cancel a game. At that time, we will contact you ourselves in order to evaluate the situation or to know if you feel ready to brave the elements. In case of cancellation, we will of course propose a new date according to your availability.
